Billing

We request and appreciate payment at the time of service for the portion of the fee for which you are responsible (e.g. co-payments, deductibles, and past-due account balances.) Statements are mailed monthly. We accept most major credit cards for your convenience.

Insurance

Our staff will make every effort to simplify all billing and insurance claim procedures. We participate with many insurance plans; however, we recommend you call your insurance company prior to your visit to verify coverage and to determine if a referral from your primary care physician is necessary. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit so that we may ensure that our records are accurate. If you do not have insurance coverage, we will work with you to allow your access to our high quality care. Unless arranged prior to your visit, we expect full payment at the time of service.
